This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals (hereinafter — Users) who submit requests via traffic-rock.com.

The Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". By using the site and submitting a request, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Policy.
2. What data we collect
When filling out the contact form, the Controller collects the following personal data:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Contact for communication: Telegram account (@username or link), MAX profile link or phone number (required)
- Company name and position (optional)
- Task or project description (optional)
3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Processing incoming requests and enquiries
- Contacting the User to clarify project details
- Preparing a commercial proposal
- Consulting on the Controller's services
- Fulfilling contractual obligations
- Complying with applicable law
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:
- The data subject's consent (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ)
- Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 5)
- Compliance with a legal obligation imposed on the Controller (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 2)
5. Data processing procedure
The Controller processes personal data using automated tools. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, and for 3 (three) years from the last interaction with the User, unless otherwise stipulated by contract or applicable law. Upon expiry of this period, data is destroyed or anonymised.
6. Sharing data with third parties
The Controller does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties, except as expressly provided by this Policy or applicable law. To ensure site operations and message delivery, the following categories of processors may be engaged:
- Email and messenger services (for responding to requests)
- CRM systems (for request management)
- Analytics services (in anonymised form)
All engaged processors act under data processing agreements and are required to maintain confidentiality. Cross-border data transfers are not carried out.
7. Data storage and protection
The Controller takes necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, disclosure and dissemination. In particular:
- Access to data is limited to a restricted number of authorised personnel
- Data is stored on secure encrypted servers
- The necessity and relevance of data processing is regularly reviewed

The site uses cookies — small text files stored on the User's device. We use the following categories of cookies:

Used to analyse traffic and improve the site. Data is collected anonymously via Yandex Metrika. Set only with consent.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the User has the right to:

- Request rectification, blocking or erasure of data
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor

10. Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Policy.
